Potato Soup
6 Potatoes; cut into bite sized pieces2 Onions; chopped3 Carrots; diced2 Stalks celery; chopped4 Chicken bouillon cubes1 tb Parsley flakes1 tb SaltPepper; to taste1/3 c Butter13 oz Evaporated milk
Combine the above and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 3-4 hours.
During the last hour add 1 13oz can evaporated milk and chives.
