Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Shells

6 oz jumbo macaroni shells(24 shells),cooked

1-10oz backage frozen chopped broccoli,thawed

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese

1 tbsp sweet onion

3 cups canned stewed tomatoes

 

Combine broccoli,ricotta cheese,swiss cheese and onion.Stir until well-blended.

Pour about 1 cup of tomatoes over bottom of glass baking dish(lasagna pan),break up tomatoes with a fork.Spoon about 1 tbsp of cheese mixture into each shell and place in pan:pour remaining 2 cups of tomatoes around shells.Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 25 minutes or until hot through and cheese has melted. :)
