Who we are:

A loosely formed, intentionally unincorporated group of individuals with disabilities advocating for the right of individuals with disabilities to fully integrate into our community.  We do so through political advocacy, case-by-case advocacy, referrals, and grassroots solutions. We operate in the Alaska/California/Montana/Oregon/Idaho/Washington areas.  We chose to receive no funding, however consider ourselves in the same district as Region 10 of the Rehabilitation Service Agency under the US Department of Education and act as a watchdog of businesses and organizations violating the Americans with Disabilities Act and the IDEA.

NW CIL Advocates participated in the 2004 Housing Memorial Rally in Portland, Oregon.
