Types of Contracts

Open- an open contract is a type of contract that is given once you have joined and been accepted with NWA-TNA. The rules of this contract is that you will be put into matches and will have to work for your written contract for two months. An open contract also means that if NWA-TNA does not think that you will be a great asset to there federation that they will terminate your contract without reason and do not have to explain.

Written- a written contract is a type of contract that is given to you once you have completed two months of being with NWA-TNA. This contract is negotiable as to your availability as to when you can roleplay and how often can you roleplay. Once you have this type of contract, you end your contract with NWA-TNA whenever you like to or NWA-TNA can fire if your actions are uncalled for.

Agreement Terms

Unsackable- the unsackable terms is a type of term that enables immunity with NWA-TNA. This means that the superstars that is under a written contract with this term cannot be fired at all from NWA-TNA. This term means that the superstar is his/her own boss. This term can only be given to a superstar by the promoter/owner of NWA-TNA. You can ask for this term on your contract but it the promoter/owner must accept that you can have this term under your written contract.

Creative Control Clause- the creative control clause is a type of term that allows a superstar to compete whenever they want or can. The idea for the clause is that if the commissioner/general manager(s) want to book a superstar that is under this term with their written contract that the commissioner/general manager must contact the superstar and ask if he/she will accept the match and is willing to be apart of it. If the commissioner/general manager violate the superstar's right of putting him/her in the match with them not being aware or if the superstar does not accept the match, the commissioner/general manager will either be given a warning, be suspended, or be fired from their position. This term can only be given by the owner/promoter to an addition to their written contract. You can also ask the owner/promoter to have this term under your contract but the owner/promoter must accept that you can have this term under your written contract.
