The Terminal Man, by Michael Crichton

One Sentence Synopsis:

Micheal Crichton's early work is by far his best. This book was written in 1972 and really shows the authors knowledge and ability to project a story into the future. What I mean - much like the old sci-fi writers, he is taking technology and projecting what it will become. I found a newspaper article from 1997 which talks about the exact technology and the same perils the author discusses. Outside of that, the story is a little thin and characters also weak.
