Is pIggy! available worldwide ?

pIggy! is downloadable on a first-come, first-served basis - that is, the members who join first get priority. It takes about 3 weeks to a month to receive authorization but once you're authorized, you can download pIggy! immediately.

Is pIggy! compatible with MAC, WebTV or other platforms ?

As of now pIggy! will only work with Windows based PC's. For Mac, Webtv and other platforms, pIggy! will be available shortly.

While registering I get a MemberID invalid error or a referral ID invalid error. Why is this ?

Please use an alternate MemberID for yourself or check your referral's memberID again.

Can I use pIggy! if I'm already using other get-paid-to-surf programs ?

Yes! We will try our best to keep it this way - so you can earn even more!! If you know a friend or webmaster who's using any alternate program, please let them know so you will get even more credit!

What should I do if I haven't received my confirmation email ?

Go to http://www.valuepay.com/login/forgotten.asp, answer the password question and you shall receive your confirmation letter shortly.

Does ValuePay deduct a processing fee from the total amount I earn ?

Yes, only $5 is deducted only from the total amount you earn as a check processing fee at the time you wish to cash in your earnings.There is no limit to how much you can earn in a month.

Is there a ceiling on how much I can earn each month ?

There is a maximum limit of $50 on your earnings every month. However, there is no limit to the amount you earn every month through your direct and indirect referrals.

Where can I calculate my earnings ?

Go to the login area in the control panel and click on the 'Calculate' link in the Check Referral Section.

What should i do when pIggy! hides the title bars for some windows when it is placed at the top of the screen ?

If pIggy! is covering the title bar of an open window, you can either -
1. Place/Dock pIggy! at the bottom of your screen, where it won't get in the way of any title bars.

OR

2. If you would prefer to keep pIggy! at the top of your screen, increase the size of the relevant window (by dragging the bottom right corner of the window) to be able to see the title bar.

The Missile feature, when turned on, allows advertisers to send you related ads and content when you're browsing their competitor's website. This feature gives you a wider range of products to choose from and lets you compare prices, products and services between two or more stores to get the best deals.
