The Council:
To be a council member, you will have to pass the tests in the
head office
first.
All council are required to report of progress and plans of
the department
that they are in charge of at least once a week to cutegem.

a guild website.

Requirements: Must be
honest and active in guild. Familiar
with the Neopians shops and good at handling finance.
Are able to earn loads of np and expand treasury.
Have good capability of leadership.
Job: Take charge of guild's
shop. Deal with donations
and salvations. See to the guild when chairman
is away and
help chairman in organising guild.
Mastermind
- In charge of guild activities
Requirements: Must be
active in guild and have contributed ideas
towards the flourish of guild. Must be familiar with
function of
our guild. Must know basic html and webpage making/designing.
Very creative.
Job: Propose (to chairman)
& hold contests and
other fun/beneficial activities for participation.
Take note of members' conduct and participation.

Conciliator
- Librarian
- Minimise problems
Requirements: Must be
on Neopets at least once a week for
library duty. Must be familiar with Neopets, honest,
alert & organised.
Must know basic html and making of webpage.
Job: Promote our library.
Take note and be responsible for every books
in the library, and make sure that the library activities
are well
carried out. Make sure members who want to borrow
books is
members of Neopoints Savers, and that they return
the books
before due date. Purchase/stock up books not available
in the library
and take charge of our bookstore.

Head of Publicity (HOP)

Requirements: Must know
about html and webpage making.
Publicise our guild. Organised. Good leadership.
Creative. Familiar with the function of our guild.
Job: Improve guild website's
layout/image. Spread the good of our guild.
Get jobs for members and develope our jobs department.
