Francis Woodward hands out copies of the fall 2006 business meeting minutes that John Gordon took, and asks for review.  Move to accept, Jerry Henkin, 2nd is Don Cobb. Vote is 25 yes, 0 no.

 

Tom Potts reads the treasurers report.  Jerry Henkin moves acceptance, 2nd John Gordon. Vote is 25 yes, 0 no. Also, Tom Potts reports that NYNGA now has non-profit, charitable, IRS status after more legal work. The woman who handled the work left the legal firm and now our bill is unresolved.  Also, the NNGA volume 1 books that NYNGA planned to sell are more conveniently being retained by Francis Woodward, and are being sold by him, directly.

 

Jerry Henkin is planning the NYNGA Summer Meeting. (See July 14th 2007 NYNGA Summer Meeting the with John Wertis at the BWW Farm Persian walnut planting. It is announced in the Spring 2007 "The Empire Nut Grower".)

 

Tom Potts calls for more news to fill “The Empire Nut Grower", the NYNGA newsletter.  A round robin of emails is suggested for gathering information; good questions, good answers.  Email addresses are to be gathered, and Bob Barton will follow up.
