| Just For A Moment I'm sorry I never got to say good-bye to you, But somehow through time and space, You found a way to come back to me. Just for a moment. You were the perfect friend to me. When ever you were around I was never afaid to fall. Cause I knew you would alway be there, To catch me and pick up the pieces. That night before the fateful day, I told you, pleaded with you not to go, Had the strangest feeling of dread. You brushed my feelings aside and said; Don't worry it will be alright. That morning seemed to have more of chill than usual. We didn't speak, not one word, You kissed me on the cheek and walked out the door. Neither one of us knowing that it would be your last time. I wish you could have listened to me... Later that day while making coffee, A single vivid vision of you entered my head. I heard your screams, I screamed with you...for you. Coffee cup slipping from my fingers, Broken pieces scattered everywhere; Me crumpled on the floor. So lost, scared and frightened, I knew what happened...I saw it happen; And there you stood before me now. Somehow through time and space, You found a way to come back to me, If only for a moment.
