Drexter Patch
What does it do?
(1) It anables you to load saved games when a trainer has been used.
(2) Some of the saved games on this site require this cool patch.
(3) It anables you to change the music in the game.
(4) You can change the maximum amount of trains on each ride.
(5) It defeats the check on the maximum number of rides in AA/CF.
(6) It allows you to have all rides in the AA/CF mega park scenario!
Will it work with my version?
This patch dosn't work without the add-on!
It works with AA/CF. (Version: 1.10.016).
It works with AA/CF with the 1st official patch. (Version: 1.10.019).

Download Drexter Patch
Installing
(1) Download the file to disk.
(2) While you are waiting copy the ''rct.exe'' file. (Ctrl and C).
Go to C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\Rollercoaster Tycoon (Default Directory)
(3) Make a new folder called ''RCT Backup''.
(4) Open the folder and paste the file here. (Ctrl and V).
(5) When it has been downloaded double click on the file.
(6) A windows box will appear, it should say ''Patch Was Successful''.
If it failed to patch the game then visit the site for full help and advice!
Do not ask Hasbro for help. It is not an official patch!

Uninstall
Replace the unpatched ''rct.exe'' file (found in your ''RCT Backup'' folder) with the patched version found in the Rollercoaster Tycoon folder!
Default directory: C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\Rollercoaster Tycoon. For more help on uninstalling the patch visit the 'Drexter Patch Site'.
Changing The Music
(1) Take the sound file you wish to use. (This file must be a '.dat' file. You can download some '.dat' sound files below if you wish or you can use your own). Then rename the file to one you wish to replace.
N.B. The file must still end with'.dat'!
Example: I want my 'starwars.dat' tune to feature in the game!
I want to replace this song for the it for the space song.
So I will rename my sound file: 'CSS25.dat'.

(3) Move your renamed file into your ''\Data'' directory.
Default directory: C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\Rollercoaster Tycoon\Data
Then click ''yes'' to overwrite.
Don't worry you can always recover the file from the AA/CF CD.
(4) Run 'Rollercoaster Tycoon' and test it!
Downloadable ''Dat'' Sound Files
Note some files are zipped and require Win Zip to unzip them!
We did have a few .dat sound files but they were taken off because they took up too much space, however, you can get loads at this special site I found! It is totally devoted to 'Rollercoaster Tycoon' ride music. Visit Site

These cheats allow 'Rollercoaster Tycoon' to do things it normally wouldn't be able to do. They may lead to unstable or unpredictable behaviour. If you use them, you're on your own. Please don't contact Hasbro's technical support about problems when using these cheats.
