What is a Master

The word means different things to different people. All a girl can offer is
what it means to her.

To this one, a Master is to be the loving, guiding, caring person who
holds your love - body, mind and soul. He is the one who listens to all of your
concerns, worries, fears, thoughts and ideas. He sees them
for what they are, that they are not you and uses them to guide you
so you see why things haunt you and why they effect you the way
they do. He is the one person who knows you better than you do,
no matter how much you try to say He doesn't.

A Master has a never ending amount of patience, love,
understanding, and guidance to give. He takes even the smallest
of problems and helps his property to better understand the way
of things. He does this by showing other ways of seeing the situation,
with love, understanding and knowing that even his slave is only
human and is subject to doubts, thoughts, and emotions which she
should not always have. He does it with kindness, love and warmth
even when the things make Him so angry. He holds that anger not
showing it, yet using it in a different way to calmly and lovingly explain
things to His slave, even if He has had to explain them over and over.

A Master's love for His slave shows in all things which He does. He
guides, shows, explains, and even disciplines with the love and caring of
His slave first on His mind. He knows, in the long run, even though the
limits of His own patience and love are stretched farther than ever
before, the benefits of seeing her bloom into the fullness of her heart, to
be the best her she can be, will be greater than the strife of getting
her there.

A Master does not give up on His slave...she is His most precious
possession...He owns her completely. If the property were His car or
something else that He owns and cherishes deeply, He would not give up
on it. He would repair, mend, or even replace the damaged parts. He does
the same with His slave. He works toward repairing the damage which
has been done by others who could not comprehend the true worth/value
of this cherished property. This is where He shows the trueest strength of
a Master, not one who would discard something because it did not
immediately conform to the ways others think it should, or even perhaps
the way He thinks it should.

No, a Master continues to work...and when He sees the progress that is
made, He is proud...though at times, He knows some of the steps that
were taken had to be taken backward instead of forward. Yet even in this
case, He continues. He may get discouraged, yet He never gives up. He
loves and understands His slave. He knows there is a deep love and
passion to please Him, in His slave's heart...that it is well worth the
patience, time, effort, guidance...and "repair work" for the love He
has for and is returned by His slave.
