Web site is intended to serve as a brief overview of anorexia and
bulimia.
There is a description of each of these disorders, the contributing factors
behind them, and some of the treatments
available for those suffering with anorexia or bulimia. Hopefully this site will be
a resource in terms of awareness around these eating disorders and the negative outcomes that can result from
girls and women trying to be thin. Although eating disorders affects
both genders, in general this Web site focuses on the female suffering
from anorexia and
