When I am sad, lonely or blue
I sit and ponder, what shall I do,
You will be amazed
When you sit in a daze,
How your mind wanders
Searching for answers,
Ahh!! At last I found the light
It will help me gain insight,
How can I help this life of mine
With this thought,
I know things will be fine.
You take one step at a time,
The steps may seem small,
But with each step forward
You will crumple that wall.
You feel like a bird
In a shell,
With each stretch of a wing
You will be free soon.
To renew life�s endeavors,
You will strive through life
And even the weather,
So with this thought,
Love and peace can be sought,
The important thing to realize
Is that life can never be bought.
Only you can change your path in life.
Now I will leave you with that thought.
