Cake: 1 Box of yellow cake Mix (regular mix, not "complete") 2 eggs 1 Tsp vanilla (extra vanilla never hurts) 1 Stick of margarine topping: 8 oz. pk cream cheese 2 eggs 1 Box (pound) Powdered Sugar Oven temp: 325 degrees Mix butter, eggs, and cake mix together; this makes a stiff batter. Spread this into a 9 X 13 pan. Mix cream cheese, eggs, and powdered sugar and pour over cake mix. Bake for about 45 min. Eat and get fat. No icing necessary. |
