| 4-6 Apples 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon flour 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Pinch of salt Canned buscuits(wop biscuits-little cheap ones) Peel, core and stew apples down; mash with potatoe masher until real smooth. Add rest of ingrediants and mix together. Roll out each canned biscuit dough real thin. Put a spoon of apples on one side of biscuit you have rolled out. Fold the other side over and pinch or fork the edges together. Drop in hot oil and fry until brown. Drain on paper towel and eat. ****Note: instead of frying, you can bake on a cookie sheet but be sure the edges are tight. |
