Wishek Home for the Aged  owns and operates two low-income HUD assisted apartment complexes:  Wishek Home Apartments and Hilltop Apartments.

  Wishek Home Apartments is attached directly to the Nursing Facility and consists of three efficiency apartments in the east wing, and fifteen  1-bedroom apartments in the west wing.  The apartments are furnished with a stove and refrigerator.  Washers and dryers are available in the commons area.  Also available  are a beauty shop, visiting lounge, mailroom and outside parking.  The maximum rent is currently $453/mo for the efficiency apartments and $530/mo for the 1-bedroom apartments.  HUD subsidies are available for low income families.  Applicants must be 62 or older, disabled or handicapped. 

Hilltop Apartments consist of four apartment buildings with four 1-bedroom apartments in each building  Each apartment is furnished with a stove and refrigerator.  Each has a laundry room with washer and dryer provided by the renter.  Outside parking is available as well as curbside mail service. The maximum rent is currently $450 /mo.   HUD subsidies are available for low income families.  Applicants must be 62 or older, disabled or handicapped.

Applications are available at the Nursing Home main office Monday through Friday.
