   am at my best within clear guidelines and objectives,but am also very flexible, so I can easily adapt
   to the task at hand and the conditions. I have no problem in taking responsibility and ensure that a target
   is met. I’m also very initiative to make sure a common goal can be achieved. I always strive for the best,
