| Prior To Our Wedding... Nungky and Van met in Australia while they were studying at The University of Melbourne in 1998. There were many differences between us in the beginning due to our different cultural backgrounds. We sorted out some of them and let the other remains as it is to give a bit of colours in our life. We believe, love and destiny has put us together in unity, and we hope it lasts forever. |

| 4 March, 1999 : Siraman..(Bridal Shower) It was the first day of the 2-day Javanese traditional wedding ceremony. The parents showered the bride and groom with floral water and a lot of good wishes to purify the heart and soul of the lovebirds so they are ready to enter a whole new life as husband and wife. It was a very emotional moment which brought tears to everybody's eyes...escpecially mine. It was the time for me to ask for blessing and forgiveness from my parents, before I become Van's wife on the next day. |
