| Bill was Nunda's all terrain vehicle. On a skateboard he could throw the largest 180's known to man, and his pop-shove-it's were equally as ridiculous. Then Bill was broke with no board, so he borrowed some skates and took over. People today still argue over if Bill was better on a board or on skates. They all agree that he rules, period. Bill was also the unfortunate observer of "The Man in The SUV". Enough said there.
