The Niagara University's Men's Club Lacrosse Team is back for its second semester of action. After a sucessful showings against team like Fredonia, St. Bona's, RIT and Medille, they ended their 1st fall season with a record of 1-2-1. This spring season Niagara will be competeing in the NCLL's Empire West Division, against teams like, Fredonia, St. Bona's, Buffalo State, and more. They also will have a challenging no confrence schedule, playing teams like, Grove City and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Niagara is looking to be a competitor with Coach Emmit Printup providing his expertise on the game. Also returning are offensive competitors, like, Tim Bachman, Mike Bender, Nick Martino and Mike Pataran. On the defensive end of the field, Niagara will be returning, Derek Young, Jeremey Cortash and Ian Weerasinghe to help keep the oppositions threat to a minimum. And between the pipes, Phil Murphy and Matt Odachowski will act as Niagara's walls this season. Niagara is back to take th NCLL by storm, and hope to find their way to the playoffs their first year back after a long absence. |
