-Selling board on your property
-Leaflets in English, German and Spanish
-We can do the reservation agreement with the buyer, representing you, if you are not present.
-We will keep you up to date of any offers or important suggestions
-Quotations of properties
-We will digitalize picture(s) of your property
-We wil get you in touch with local english speaking solicitors
-We will be at the notary's to help in the transaction, even if your solicitor is there
-We will organize the signing
-You just have to come to the notarys and we will translate, if your Spanish is not good enough
