The NUESP National Conference was held at Jember University from 4 - 5 August 2003. The theme of the seminar was "The Implementation of Competence Based ELT for S1 Graduate Candidates to Foster Professionalism. The following papers were presented in the conference:
Head of the NUESP, Asrun Lio, will be leaving for Colombo, Srilanka, on the ninth of February 2004 to attend Teachers Association Seminar.
