Here's the first update on this page in the last 6 months, I don't even know if anyone is still checking on this. The soldiers of tacsat have returned triumphantly to the land of the living, no worse for ware. Right now, I'm sitting at my computer desk in Evans GA, thinking of a way to update everyone about what's going on with us. I'm now a satellite communications instructor in FT Gordon. What a crazy thing, I always said that those who can do, those who can't teach, who would of thought. Life here in the schoolhouse here is different, very slow, no trucks, no team, just a few weeks to train 13 or so solders in their job. I think that It will take alot of getting used to. Oh well "c'est la vie" as they say in France. The nice part is that I get to spend ton's of time with my wife now, which is what I've wanted for the past 5 or so years anyway. |
