In the year of the Sheep (1979)...
1. I was born and the sun was in Taurus.
2. My mom knew I was going to be a handful but she couldn't guess how big.
3. My sister thought I was cooler than wonderbread.
4. I insisted upon not wearing undies, just dresses and I loved to twirl in the           front yard. (My mom likes to tell people this to embarass me)

About 15 Years Ago...
1. I discovered daddy's Playboy magazines.
2. I played with Barbies and G.I. Joes and climbed trees.
3. I had vicious dreams of being kidnapped.
4. My parents divorced, me and my sister were separated and I ceased to be as      cool as wonderbread.

About 10 Years Ago...
1. I had to write book reports in the summertime for my stepdad.
2. I still looked to my sister as an idol but not for long.
3. Boys were yucky and stinky but I had my first boyfriend.
4. Because of my stepdad, I thought artists all lived in cardboard boxes and had      no food.
5. I chased those mean boys on the playground with baseball bats.

About 5 Years Ago...
1. I started out smoking cloves, then ciggarettes, then dropped out of swim            team.
2. I had a 3.8 GPA and 1 boyfriend in highschool
3. I got into my first car accident on a 3 lane freeway, and was almost killed.
4. My mom said "HELL NO" to a tongue piercing.

About 2 Years Ago...
1. I starting talking to my stepdad again after a 2 year silence.
2. My parents moved to NY and the worst part of my life began.
3. I started writing poetry again after an 8 year pause.
4. I spent my 21st bday in Vegas getting shitfaced and gambling.
5. I discovered that Hustler was my favorite magazine.

About 1 Year Ago...
1. I lost Brian and met Rene, and vowed to trust no one with a certain love             again.
2. I reunited with my friend Lisa from highschool after 5 years and finally have       someone to talk about anal sex with.
3. I started paying off bills and looking towards my future.
4. I was the maid of honor in my friend Promise's Florida wedding.

And Today...
1. I am happy with where I'm going and what I'm doing. Its nice to have goals.
2. I've had my tongue ring for two years, and also have my belly button and           nose peirced as well.
3. I sometimes don't wear underwear. (some things never change eh?)
