Common Knowledge:
The Ryuujin or Brood, are initially very powerful, even at birth. They usually look like humans, and can only be identified as Ryuujins if someone is able to sense their mental energy through some sort of psychic power. Or if the other person is also a Ryuujin. Also, they are naturally adept to use of magicks, which are very strong when in dragon form.
Government:
The word government is laughable to the Ryuujins as their numbers seem to only be in the low 100's now, as they are worth very much on the market, for their crystalized bodies which is called "Chrysm", and their blood, which can be used to cure many diseases.
Religion:
They used to follow the "Old Religion", in which their god is Ladon, The Greatest Dragon. Though as ages have past, the old religion seems to have nearly
faded away.
Common Abilities:
Each Ryuujin has the ability to change into infinite numbers of dragons. As they are able to take genes and traits from one being, such as a trait of psychics for example, and use that, and even boost that power if they have the gene to do so. The combinations and powers of the ryuujin is nearly infinite. Very few hold the initiate gene called Infinity, which is only given to direct decendants of Ladon himself. The Infinity gene gives the ryuujin the ability to change into the "Kaiser" form, which is the most powerful form of all forms. Also, one cannot defeat a Kaiser(If its possible), and take the infinity gene. Doing so would result in doing so to someone who is not descended from Ladon, is a bloody explosion of unfathomable power.
Alignment:
The Ryuujin are rarely, rarely neutral. They are either Aligned to evil, and called a Da-Ku(Or Dark Dragon), or aligned with good and called a Kou-do(Or Light Dragon). Neutrals are disrespectivly called Fusokufuri, which means neutral or non-committal.
