The Legian

Common Knowledge:

This race are basically humanoids (Look just like humans). They reproduce just humans do, though most of the race tends not to be very tall, but not very short, they usually tend to be in the 5'5" to 6 foot range, they are all known for their awesome abilities on how they manipulate time and space around them, making them a very defensive type of race. Most of the Legians are called the "Keepers of time", most of them contain the ability to actually slow time down itself, or speed it up, its possible that they could slow time around them so slow, that they quite possibly could stop death right in it's tracks (Natural causes only of course). Most Legian's personalities tend to be the more fun, out-going type of personality, but of course that does not mean that they could not attack either, Legians are very deadly on the full offensive, for there abilities of time and space of course.

Government:

Their government is lead by a president just like the United States in real life. He makes the choices on the planet itself, who to protect, give money to, declare war on, etc. Obviously therefore having a bit more power then ours in terms of the Congress.

Religion:

They believe that two gods made the universe, the Creator, and the Keeper. The Creator would create everything in the universe, while the Keeper would hold time itself. Both gods have their own temple, the temple of creation, and the temple of time. At the age of 3 or 4 the Legian kids are given symbols on there faces (Kinda like tattoo's) that mark their Legian race, and safe passage through a dimension that leads to the temples, Any non-full-blooded Legian can pass through this dimension without a full blooded with you, due to the manipulation of time around them, it could make the other person instantly die of old age, or it could even quite erase them out of this dimension to bring them back to a point from where they did not even exist.

Common Abilities:

Manipulating time itself, meaning that they could slow attacks and other things down, or sometimes change the area around them, meaning that they can basically change positions of the opponent and themselves, this could be very deadly if trained enough... Now this does seem extremely deadly (don't get me wrong, it is) but there is a back-side to it, if their time abilities are not properly trained, they of course will probably back-fire. For example, if a person attacked a not properly trained Legian with an energy attack, and the Legian tried to stop it with a time stopper, he may possibly have it backfire, like instead of slowing the attack down, it could speed it up actually increasing impact. Any other details? All full blooded Legians have black designs on there face marking safe passage to two of the temples. Also quite like the Saiya-jins race, right after a battle there PL does increase, just below what power a Saiya-jin gets.

Forms:

  • UL1- The form of Ultra Legian. The Legians hair turns silver and spikes up, as a silver aura surrounds him/her, everything basically increases.
  • UL2- There hair turns even more spikier and a purple lightning surrounds them, same aura around them, once again everything increases.
  • UL3- Looks the same as level two, except more lightning flairs around the persons body, still same aura, and there hair gets more spikier yet.
  • UL4- Yes another powerup, same silver aura surrounds them, and lightning is still there, but there tattoos on there face begin to change color.
  • LL- The Legendary Legian, which is unknown on what it looks like
