1990 AE92 metallic grey w/ high comp 4age...
Why did i choose the ae92 and why did i ever sell my beloved EF for this thing? After all, it's a toyota!!
Well...I've always liked the ae92 for it's styling and it's performance just makes it all the more better. The chassis is 150% stiffer than the hachiroku and my driving style is better suited to a front drive layout.
Not only that, but my bad experience with honda blocks really make me love the 4age for what it is: A 4 cylinder that is able to take a beating and keep going!!! Could the ZC do that? um ya, it could take a beating...but it died -_-
Why is the 4age so good? Well...read about that in the 4age secion! For now u will just have to believe everything i say because i dictate the truth (^.^)
Also...this car is at least a real sports car, or somewhat of one!! What kind of FF car that u know from factory comes with oil cooler, 4 wheel discs, strut bar, front and rear sways, close ratio box(4.3FD) and an engine that can rev to 8000rpm back in 1988? HAH! i didnt think u could think of any =P
And last, but not least...I got the AE92 cos i'm a toyota lover at heart =) I always wanted a quni or hachiroku(in this order) and was looking for one back in the day when i had no ride!! I ended up not buying once since i landed on such a nice deal for the EF...but alas, i must stick to my boro roots and go where my soul desires! Check out the mods i had on this baby:Mods

Rust rust rust rust..on rear fenders...there was previous body work so the rust is along the weld seam...

Kill List
Beat an EP3(2002 SiR). both launched it at a light..1st gear we were dead even but once the EP3 shifted to 2nd i started to pass him...this was due to the fact that i could hold 1st gear longer because his redline is at 6300 and i was shifting at 7700. by the top of 3rd i had enough space on the EP3 that i could cut into his lane. redtop 4ag powa baby! ^^
Raced my ae92 friend with bluetop 4age....no competition...smoked him in 1st gear with a passenger in my car -_-
Stuff that I have fixed(this list is going to grow very long, trust me
Replaced main brake lines; they were rusted out
Downpipe broke in half...so as a temporary fix i used steel tape to put it back together...and on top of the steel tape i used duct tape which was supposed to act as a seal cos it'd melt from the heat...then over the duct tape i put a cut coke can as a support ^^ borooo
replaced busted downpipe...it was pissing me off
replaced headlight; it blew(well didnt replace...it was a boro fix...i just aimed the lights lower and now drive with highbeams!! BORO IS ME)
Changed timing belt...it was on it's way out
I stripped the ac out and found out that the ac bracket and ps bracket shared the same one! so after i stripped it, the belt wouldnt fit anymore...so i had to go to a junker's to get a non ac bracket for the ps to work
fixed the rear bushings...got a whole new rear wheel spindle from junkers
