The text you have requested, De Arte Magica secundum ritum gradus nonæ O.T.O., epistola Baphometi anno belli universalis ne perdat arcanum scripta, has been removed from World Wide Web sites by order of the leadership of O.T.O. Prior to the latter part of 1999 e.v., copies of this paper (admittedly incomplete) had been posted on the Web, including on sites hosted by O.T.O. bodies, apparently with the permission of the Order. Towards the end of that year, the leadership of the Order issued an instruction to the effect that as a "secret document" of O.T.O., Liber CDXIV, even in this incomplete form, would no longer be permitted publication or Internet posting. This also applies to the paper sometimes identified as Liber CDLI "Of Eroto-Comatose Lucidity," which is chapter 15 of De Arte Magica.
I therefore regret to inform you that, in accordance with the O.T.O. rules regarding "confidential documents" (so called) it would not be appropriate for us to post or link to a copy of this text. I can only suggest you seek out one of the many printed editions; alternatively, copies which have so far escaped the attention of the Assistant Secretary for Internet Affairs may be located by a suitably phrased Google search (in addition to the title, the keywords "Ararat", "vampire", "Mathers", "Berridge" and "Horos" may help to narrow the search).
