OHIO COLLECTIBLES

I designed and copyrighted a very interesting and eye-catching logo that may become the trademark of Ohio for the next 9 years.

It is a unique logo that applies only to the state of Ohio. Ohio is the only state/region on the planet that will accommodate the logo once (for a period of 10 years) every 1000 (one thousand!!) years. The next time it will happen in the year 3000! It is the perfect logo in Ohio's history and maybe the most fabulous in the souvenirs history.

The drawing may be used in imprints and embroidery, greetings and postcards, Christmas ornaments, lighted signs, Graduation-related items, lottery tickets, sunglasses, and all kind of other gift items and souvenirs.

Targeted are over 190 million customers a year for the next nine years:

11 million people are waiting to make them proud for being Ohioans, while for over 180 million tourists a year (as of Research/Traveler Profiles) the product/s will be a MUST HAVE. A tourist can buy a Casio watch or a postcard bearing a floral design wherever on the planet, but an item bearing or resembling the "HI 200X" (where X goes from 1 to 9 as to match the year the product/s will hit the market) logo will make sense only in the state of OHIO, only for a limited time every 1000 years.

The logo may be combined with "Go Tribe!" (or "Go Browns!", or "Go Indians!") to transform an ordinary item bearing the "Go Tribe" logo into a special collectible related to a particular year.

This is a once in a millennium opportunity to hit the market for 9 years in a row with a series of collectibles that anybody will want to treasure.

HI 2001/OHIO 2001

OHIO is the only four-letter word on the planet to contain the greeting “HI” between two “O”s.

The drawing puts together the words 2001 and OHIO in a way that overlaps the letters “O” from OHIO and the two zeroes from 2001 so that the resulting picture may read:

A. “HI 2001”, if we see two letters and four digits, as best seen in “HI 2004” where the two “O”s from “OHIO” look like the shadow of the two zeroes from 2004;

B. “OHIO 2001”, if we consider the logo to have four letters and four digits.

Note that 2001 is bent as to resemble the famous smile, so the drawing should be perceived as a smiled welcome: HI 2001!

While I used the colors blue and red on a white background (i.e., the 3 colors of the American and Ohio flags) in all the pictures in this document, the fonts may be of any other style, colors and size as long as the suggestions mentioned in A. and B. are still there. Also please note that the overlapping may be done in all 4 possible ways  as it can be seen in HI 2001, HI 2002, HI 2003, HI 2004.

Note that since this material is intended to be explanatory, the drawings were made as simple as possible; obviously there is plenty of room for better and more elaborated graphics to match any business' artistic standards.

Changing the last digit – which is 1, in the picture above – will result the next 8 logos (only 4 more shown on this page) to complete a series of collectibles to end in 2009:

HI 2002/OHIO 2002

HI 2003/OHIO 2003

HI 2004/OHIO 2004

And so on up to:

HI 2009/OHIO 2009

For Browns' fans the following logo will transform ordinary items in Browns-related collectibles:

For next year's Ohio Bicentennial the below logo may be the most intelligent ever, before the year 3003 when the logic will work again. Note that there are countless options for the background's colors, and also the background's outline may be drawn in any other fashion.

Also the first 3 digits of  2003 -- i.e., 200 -- may be underlined by the word bicentennial to emphasize Ohio's 200th birthday, as it can be seen below:
