Windgate Winery Field Trip (2006-07-22)

It was a great trip and we all enjoyed it!! Although it was a rainy day, the winery owners, Dan and Kate, considerately set up some "indoor picnic tables" for us. :) After the relaxing lunch time, we had a private tour of the wine cellar, saw how wine is made, and culminated in a tasting in their winery showroom. It was a small and sweet group, perfectly for a winery tour! Before we dismissed for our own journey through the Amish coutryside, we took this group picture at the winery front entrance. :)
