“Phytocoenotic
structure of park plantations of Lviv region and the guidelines of their
improvement”
Aim and task of research
The
aim of this thesis was research
of phytocoenotic structure and evolution tendencies of park phytocoenoses,
elaboration of measures as to optimization of their organization and
approaches in terms of prognosis of development and enhancing of stability,
longevity and aesthetics of plantation groups.
Thus,
it was necessary to solve the following tasks:

To elaborate
the space specifics of structure formation of park plantations;
·
To find
the peculiarities of ecological-coenotic strategy of species of
authochthonous and
stocking flora
which are most frequently found in the park phytocoenoses;
·
To make up
the scales of differential assessment of dominant, tolerant, and exploratory
properties of wood and brush plants;
·
To
substantiate the approaches as to prognosis of development of park
phytocoenoses and measures as to optimization of their structure from the
point of view of ecological-coenotic positions.
