Site Grand Re-Opening

Done at last! Welcome to the new NT site. Finally it is
done...after a lot of pizza (and I mean a lot), a lot of coffee, and a lot
of hard work. I'd like to thank Quatre for his Flash introduction,
Rage for his troubleshooting efforts, and all of you out there who helped
make this possible. Thank you all, and I hope you enjoy the site!

biographies...so some people and NT's will be able to preview the site
