Prologue
1999
Justin stood off in a corner of the hospital room. JC sat there and slept on the couch. Lance Joey and Chris sat there playing Go Fish. " Do you have a Queen?" Lance asked Joey. " Nah Go Fish." He said to him with ever hint of boredom. Justin turned around and looked at the guys. He sighed and then punched the wall. " THIS BITES!!!" He yelled. The guys looked at him. JC awoke from his loud outburst and went over to him. " Come on Justin man sit down with me. Let's play a few hands of Go Fish with the rest of the guys." JC said guiding him to sit down.
Justin sat down and the guys began to re-deal the cards. Justin really didn't feel like playing. But maybe playing would get "it" of his mind. The fact that Justin's Best Friend was dying killed him. Though everyone told him she wasn't going to die and she was just in a coma. Justin knew the turth. A month had passed and she'd loss her beautiful skin tone and the smile she always wore was now replace by a sadden face and her rosey lips had now turned into a purple blue. Yeah it was true alright. Justin's best friend from childhood Tybithie was dying. Slowly but surely she was dying.
" Justin do you have an Ace?" Lance asked. Justin gave Lance the Ace. Then Justin just threw his hand in. He got up and went to visit Tybithie. The rest of the guys sighed and threw in their hands. " Poor Justin. This is really killing him." JC said. " I'll say." Joey said. " I mean he's in love with her and now she's dying." Chris said. " What kills him the most is he never got a chance to tell her." Lance said. " You know when Tybithie does leave us. It will be very hard for Justin to go on." JC said to them. " Yeah talk has been he might even leave the group and just stay in his house and never come out." Chris said. " We all know that things like that lead to death." Lance said. " But we're all going miss Tybithie. She's touch all of are hearts in a way she wouldn't know." Joey said. They all nodded agreeing with Joey.
" Hey Tybithie." Justin said. He sighed knowing that she couldn't even hear him. In fact she didn't even know he was there. He picked up her hand. It was Ice cold. Justin began to cry. " I never thought this day would come Tybithie." He said to her. " I knew it would come but I wasn't expecting for it to come this soon." He said to her. He brushed some of her hair from her eyes. " I mean what happened Tybithie you use to be so full of life and happiness. Now your cold frozen and dying." He said.
" Did I do this to you. Did I make this happen. I mean I was suppose to look after you. I failed you. They leave you in my hands and now look your dying. It's my fault isn't it." He said to her crying. " Um Justin?" A male said.
" Yes Doctor Tim." He said turning around. " I need to talk to you." He said sitting down. " Okay go ahead." He said. " As you know your friend is dying." He said. " Yeah I'm aware of that." He said holding Tybithie's hand.
" Well I think I may have a cure for her disease." He said. Justin looked up with hope in his eyes. " You do?" He asked. " Yeah but it isn't completed and by time I have it she could be dead or I could be dead." He said. " So why are you telling me this?" He asked. " Well Justin I have an idea. It may sound crazy but It may work also. If only your willing to corparte." He said.
" Okay well what's the Idea?" Justin asked. " If I was to freeze her body. it would stop her from dying long enough for me to found a cure for this disease." He said. Justin nodded. " Only thing is I could die before I actually have the cure. There's no telling how long it will take for me to actually come up with the cure." He said. The guys came to the room. " How about you laminate the cure plans and freeze yourself along with us." He said. " Us?" The doctor said. " I am not going to let her go alone. I wish to be frozen with her." He said. " WHAT!!" The guys exclaimed. " Are you sure?" The doctor asked. " He's talking crazy doctor." JC said.
" BULL SHIT!!!" Justin yelled and slammed his fist on the table. Everyone looked at him. " I know what I'm saying." He said to the guys and then turned and looked at the doctor. " She's means a lot to me. Though she doesn't know that yet. We are friends forever to the end. Don't tear us apart. Freeze me along with her. I want to be with her when she wakes up later." He said. " Freeze us too." The guys said. The doctor looked at them. " We are in this together." Lance said as the guys agreed. " Nurse!" The doctor called. " Yes Doctor?" She questioned. " Get the Freezing Chamber ready with 7 caspules. I will be freezing myself, NSYNC and the patient." He said. " Yes Doctor." She said.
Freezing Chamber
" The steps are to first be put to sleep so as the coldness hits us we really won't feel it. Then we will be awaken when someone finds us. I almost have the cure. When we are awaken I will finish the cure and test on someone with the simlaur diease. If all goes well I will then wake all of you up." He said. " As they were all getting loaded up. " Wait." Justin said. " What?" They question. He went over to his best friend and planted a kiss on her lips. " That's so if she still dies I can still at least say I've kissed her." He said and got back into his caspule. As the process began and soon the were frozen solid as a rock and forgotten for many many years.
