Chapter One
2024
25 years later
" What am I going to do?" Doctor Russell said in angry. He was angry because his wife was going to die. She was so full of life and now she lie still and frozen. She was breathing but barely so they put oxygen on her. " Why must you die like this Melinda. You were so full of life and Happiness and now your cold frozen and dying. I wish there was some way I could stop you from dying." He said as he was getting ready to cry.
" DOCTOR! DOCTOR!!" A Nurse yelled. " Yes Monique." He said calmly. " We've found something come take a look." She said. The doctor got up and followed Monique to they came to a strange ship. " What is it doctor?" Dart asked. " Hmmm I believe...Yes. Yes it is... It is the sleeping chamber of the famous Doctor Timothy Williamtex. This Doctor is said to carry the cure for the Roprus disease. They said he'd almost finished the cure but the patient he was working on was going to die before he'd finish the cure and so he froze himself the patient and 5 of the patients friends." The doctor said happy.
" What do you want us to do?" Dart asked. " Unfreeze the doctor it is important that I talk to him." He said. " And the others?" Monique asked. " Leave them for now we don't want to mess up the doctors program." He said. As Dart and Two other man grabbed the Doctors capsule and took it to have it un-thawed.
The Un-Thawing Room
The capsule open after about 5 minutes and out fell Doctor Timothy and his plans for the cure. " Doctor Williamtex." Doctor Russell called. " Please call me Doctor Tim." He said. " Doctor Tim since you answer I am sure you heard me. I am Doctor Russell Orion and I have unfrozen you." He said. " Yes please allow me to come out of the room sir." He asked. " Monique will let you out." He said as the door opened. Timothy grabbed his plans and came out of the room.
" This is a real honor." Doctor Russell said to him. " Huh? Why is that?" He asked him cleaning his glasses. " Your one of the doctor's I study in med school. It's a honor to get to work with someone as fine as yourself." He said. " Um what year is it?" He asked. " This is the year 2024 sir." He responded. " I've been sleep for..." He was saying. " 25 years." Monique said. " Where are the others that were on the chamber with me." He asked. " They are still asleep we did not wake them because we did not want to interfere with your project." He said.
" Okay you've awaken me so this must mean you've read of my studies." He said. " Yes you have the cure for the Roprus disease. A disease that kills people slowly but surely they die unless they have the cure." He said. " Yes Ii have the cure right here. Only thing is I am missing one more thing. Is there anyone that here suffers from that disease?" He asked him. " Yes my wife does." He said. " Splendid!!" He exclaimed. They looked at him. " Do you guys have a hospital?" He asked. They looked at him. " Yes take him to the Medical Room immediately." He said.
Medical Room
" Yes doctor please bring your wife." Doctor Timothy said as he mixed all of the ingredients for the cure into a big test tube. " Get my wife Melinda in here now." He said to Monique and Dart. Within minutes Melinda was in there laying on a table. " Russell I need you to lay on the other bed." He said. " Okay Doctor." He said and got on the bed. " Grab hold of your wife's hand and hold it." He said and Russell did as he was told. Timothy than began to draw blood from Russell and added to the mixture for the antidote. " Now this my hurt a little." He said as he pricked the doctor in his neck. The doctor fell into a deep sleep.
" What's going on?" Monique asked alarmed. " He must be asleep in order for this to work. This is were I went wrong last time when I tested on some rabbits. I did not have to blood of the true love and the true love was not there at the time of the injection. So the rabbit died." He explained to them. " Do you guys have IV's?" He asked. " Yes." Dart said and gave him one. He put the IV in Melinda and put the antidote in the bag and started it up. " Now what Doctor?" Dart asked. " We wait." He said.
3 hours later
Russell sat up. " What happened?" He asked rubbing his head.
" Everything's fine Russell." " Melinda?" Russell asked and looked to his right and sure enough his wife was back to normal. " Computer Run Test on her." Doctor Tim said. " Patient Melinda Orion is 100 % Healthy sir. Virus is now gone." The computer said. Russell hugged his wife. " I would like to monitor her for a year just to see if anything wrong happens with the antidote." He said." If this works I will be able to cure Tybithie." He said with a smile.
