*~*~*La Guardia Airport: NYC*~*~*
�As fun and crazy as it was this whole trip,� I said, �I�m glad we�re back in NYC.�
�And to think, we started the whole thing waiting for someone � and we�re gonna end the trip waiting for someone,� Megan said as we stood by the baggage claims area with our stuff.
�Where�s your aunt anyway?�
�Who knows � running late, I guess.�
�Oh well � I don�t believe we had to sign autographs yesterday,� I said.
�I know! And take some pictures too!�
�That�s just crazy.�
�Here�s to the memories.�
*~*~*The next day: MTV Studios*~*~*
�How was your flight?� Sarah asked as she leads us to a dark room with a camera and a television.
�It was alright,� Megan said, �So what do we have to do again?�
�We�re gonna review all the tapes, and then we�re gonna film each of you individually to give final thoughts about everything,� she explained.
This was the moment I dreaded. We spent the next hour and a half reviewing the tapes, then another hour giving our final interview stuff.
*~*~*After the debriefing*~*~*
�Do you two know how lucky you are about yesterday?� Sarah asked, referring to Disneyland.
�Yeah � so,� I said, �JC felt badly about postponing, so that�s why he took us.�
�It seems like the group was playing difficult by not cooperating with us��
�Just because JC took us to Disneyland?� I questioned.
�And Justin showing up at Graceland?� Megan asked.
�And how come you didn�t tell us about the Memphis girls?�
�What? I don�t��
�You totally set us up with those two girls,� I said, �We checked all over the Yahoo clubs to see if they were telling the truth about the Jackson girls posting about us, and they totally lied about it. The only people who knew about the Jackson girls were you guys.�
�And how you let us travel with a convict?� Megan asked.
Sarah took a deep breath and led us to a conference room. �Do you know why we sent you all over the country to meet *N Sync?�
�So we can meet them and ask them questions,� I responded, trying to remember our meeting prior to the trip.
�That�s what I said,� she stated, �But there was a hidden reason for it all.�
�So what was it?�
�To show everyone how mature *N Sync�s fans are. You know the negative connotations fans are given, especially those of the boy bands. By throwing different things against you two � obstacles if you will � and seeing how you reacted to them proved our point that the fans aren�t stupid and superficial,� Sarah explain as we just dropped our jaws and stared at her.
�So you exploited us for that?!� I finally said.
�This is a GOOD thing,� she quickly said, �You represented the fans well!�
�I� don�t believe this,� Megan said, �We were used.�
�But you hooked us up with a convict!� I angrily said.
�Well technically, we did set you up with a real bodyguard from WEG,� Sarah said.
�But when we got Kawika and WEG tried to contact you, you refused to give them information so they can track us down,� I reasoned, �We could have been in great danger.�
�We checked his prison records, he wasn�t a violent man.�
�That doesn�t mean anything! He was arrested on drug charges��
�Lynne, calm down,� she said, �I understand your position to a certain extent, but it�s over now.�
I just sat there and shook my head.
�Ladies, look at the back of the room � what do you see?� she said.
We turned our heads and saw a bulletin board. �A bulletin board,� I responded.
�What�s on it?�
�A map.�
�What kind of map?�
Megan and I got up and walked towards the board. �It�s a United States map,� Megan said.
�And where does the pins point at?�
�Pins?� I said and looked again and suddenly noticed that there were small pins stuck in various places, �It looks like they�re pointed at all the places we went.�
�And if you were to connect all the pins, what picture would it make?�
�Picture?� I retorted as I looked at the map again, �I don�t know � it just looks like an odd shape.�
�Wait a sec,� Megan said, �It kinda looks like a fish.�
�A fish?� I echoed, �How did you� oh I see how you got it now. So what does it mean?�
�What does the fish symbol mean?� Sarah asked.
�What�s it mean?� I echoed, �I don�t know � fishing allowed?�
�No.�
�Time to eat?�
�No.�
�It�s the Jesus fish,� Megan replied as Sarah nodded in agreement.
�Jesus fish?� I echoed, �We�ve been traveling in the shape of a Jesus fish? Are you trying to tell us to get religion?�
�I�m just saying that most of *N Sync�s fans believe in Jesus.�
�Yeah � so,� I said, �What�s Jesus got to do with us and the trip?�
�If you don�t know by now, you should think about later. You two have held up your end of the contract, we�ll get a hold��
�Wait wait wait,� I quickly said as Sarah stopped, �There�s no connection between the Jesus fish and our trip��
�Ah but there is,� she replied, �Think about it and go with what feels right.�
�Don�t mock me,� I solemnly said.
�Just think about it,� she said, �We�ll get a hold of you when we finish with everything.�
�But��
�Lynne, let�s just go,� Megan said as we started to head towards the exit, �Thanks for everything, Sarah. We appreciate it.�
�No problem,� she smiled, �Good luck in everything.�
