�Hi girls. I�m sorry I couldn�t attend any of your auditions. I was away in New York for the past 2 months.� Colleen looked at us and explained.
�That is alright. Anyway, I�m Nicole but just call me Nic. I�m the oldest in the group.� Nic looked at Colleen and smiled.
�I�m Jocelyn better known as JJ. I am 18 years old and is the youngest.� I waved at Colleen trying to catch her attention.
�I�m Jen. Nice to meet you Colleen.�
�Hmm�I�m Stacie.�
Stace looked at Colleen nervously. She was very shy especially towards strangers. But, Colleen found her shyness sweet and refreshing.
�She is really different from the rest of the girls.� Colleen thought.
�Are you nervous, Stacie?� Colleen smiled and tried to make Stace more comfortable.
�She is the shyest girl among us. You can call her Stace.� Nic explained on behalf of Stace.
�Alright,� Alex said. �I guess me and Jenny will leave the girls with you, Colleen. We have to get going.

�Girls!� Colleen paused for a while, �I need you girls to think of a name for your group.�
�Hmm.. We need something that sound original.� Jen said.
�Yeah! Nic nodded her head.
�How about putting our names together. Just like NSYNC.� Stace looked at us.
�You mean putting the first letter of our first name?� Jen asked.
�Yeah.�
�Let me see.� I took out a piece of paper and pen and scribbled down some words.
-After a few minutes-
�I don�t think it will work, Stace.� I passed the piece of paper to her.
�I don�t want to name of ourselves as JJNS or JNJS or NJSJ. It just didn�t sound good. You get what I mean?� I looked at Stacie and hoping that she doesn�t get offended.
�Besides, I don�t want people to start saying that we copy NSYNC.�
�Yeah! You are right, JJ.� We love NSYNC but I am sure we can think of a better name.� Nic looked at Stace.
After a minute of silence moment, Stacie started laughing. �Well, I think those names really sucks.�
�Phew. I�m glad you are not angry with me.� I put my arm around Stace.
�Okay. So anyone have any other ideas?� Colleen said.
�I have this name is my mind. But I�m not sure whether you guys like it or not.� Nic said.
�Shoot Nic.� I stood up. I have been so excited about this whole thing for a long time and I just couldn�t calm down.
�How come about Passion� Nic said and looked at all of us.
�PASSION.� I said out loud. �That is a great name.�
�And it sounds original� Jen smiled and Stace nodded her head.
�Thanks for your compliments. What do you think, Colleen?�
�I love the name. But tell me how do you come up this name?� Colleen asked.
�Because we believed that we can enter into the music industry if we work hard and we want to show to everyone out there that we are not a manufacture band. We love to perform and love to sing and we are really serious with our work.�
�Most importantly, we writes our own songs too, right Colleen? I asked.
�Yeah! I�ve no problem with the name as long as you girls love it.� Colleen smiled

�HEY JUSTIN! Could you just stop that! I know Cindy has dumped me. How many times do u have to keep repeating this,� Joey shouted back.
�Oh dear. I�ve never seen him so angry before.� Lance whispered to JC.
�Okay okay, Justin and Joey. Don�t get into quarrel with that. Not worth it.� Chris stood in the middle of the two guys and tried to stop them from getting into fights.
�I�m sorry, Joey.� Justin apologise sincerely.
�Apologise accepted.� Joey looked at Justin and smiled. Since the first day Joey met Justin, he always treated him as a little brother and he know that Justin was not doing that deliberately.
�By the way, Justin. Have Colleen told you anything about the new girl group.� Chris sounded excited.
�Nope. She is keeping everything as a secret.� Justin sighed.
�Lance, Joey, JC, Chris and Justin. Since your guys has finished recording your new single. You will have the rest of the day off.� Nicole said.
Nicole Marie Colbert although at the young age of 27, was already the manager of one of the biggest boyband in the world, NSYNC.
�Hurray� The guys shouted.
�By the way, do u guys want to meet up with the new girl group.
�YES YES!� The guys replied in unison.
