| Changes Chapter 2 Justin walked back to his bed and flopped on it. He rolled to his stomach. He wanted to get away from his life right now. He wasn't sure how long he had been laying on his bed when he heard a knock on his door. "Go away." Justin shouted. "Baby, don't do this to me." He heard Star shout back to him. Justin got up to unlock the door. He looked at her. She was so beautiful. Her long blonde hair, her baby blue eyes, her nice figure. This baby would be beautiful, he knew it.Without kissing her on the cheek, Justin flopped back down on the bed. "Why didn't you come today? It's not like I wanted this any more than you did." Justin felt her sit down on the bed next to him. "It was a mistake." Justin told her without moving. "I suppose I understand. You are busy, but still. I wish you'd be a little bit more, I can't thing of the word. Oh jeez. Don't be such a scatterbrain." Star rambled, knowing something was major wrong as she squirmed nervously on the bed. "Not that. The baby." Justin groaned. Justin could feel the movement on the bed cease. A few minutes later, Star answered, "I would hope you'd think a little bit higher of your child than you obviously do. My god, what happened to you?" Justin turned his head watch her as she stomped out of the room. "What the hell is wrong with you?" JC screamed. Justin looked blankly at JC as he walked in the room. "Why'd you do that to Star? What did she do to you?" "I felt like it, JC." Justin responded lamely. "That's not a reason to hurt the woman who's carrying your child!" JC yelled. "How do you know the reason I do things?" Justin screamed back. "Justin, I know you have a low attention span, but just because some slut comes your way doesn't mean you have the right to hurt Star. She has put up with some major shit by dating you." JC told him. "And like I have it so easy dating her." Justin shot back. "Yeah, you do. You don't deserve her. She loves you more than anything. She gladly puts up with your shit just to know that you aren't leaving her. How many times have you cheated on her?" JC waited for the answer he knew wouldn't come. "How many times have you gotten caught?" Another pause. "And each time she took you back. She listened to your sorry excuses and excused you every time. You're the luckiest man alive and you're just going to let her go like she's nothing to you. She's having your baby for God's sake!" JC screamed. "Are you through complaining on how I live my life?" Justin questioned. "How can you do it?" "Do what?" "Pass up the one girl I would die for." JC yelled at him. "Then go whimper at her. Tell her how much you really love her and how I don't deserve you. She wouldn't listen to you. She only wants me, but I really don't care anymore. I don't care about anything. Especially not what you think of me." "You are so much stupider than I ever thought." To Justin and JC's surprise, Star entered the room. "Leave Justin alone, JC. Go." Star gently shoved JC out of the room. Star wrapped her arms around Justin. "Tell me what's wrong." "It's none of your business." Justin stayed rigid under Star's loose grasp. "Yes, it is, and if you can't realize that, then I'm going home now and I'll never look back. As far as I'm concerned, if you don't realize that, I have the best part of you with me. I won't need you anymore because I'd have you." Justin felt her tears wet his shirt. "Well, now that you have me, you can go." Justin walked away from her and flopped down on the bed. He heard the door slam. "You're alone, Timberlake. That's what you wanted." Justin told himself. Chapter 3 |
