| A Little Bit of an Angel |
"lullyby, and good night, you will always be my little baby, even though the world may turn cold, i will always be right here. Throughout this trying life, dreams will come true, but now it's time to sleep, thinking of if every child were as sweet as you." Amy sand the lullyby softly to her baby who now lay asleep in his crib, sleeping peacefully. Seh covered him with the blanket and kissed his forehead softly before she left the room. She walked into her room and was surrounded by the smell of what could only be told to be as a forgotten yesterday. But really it wasn't true. His scent lingered the room as if he had never left, and she could feel his presence beside her as he always had been. But each time she turned around, just wishing he would be there, he simply wasn't. And the tourment of losing her one true love would come back to haunt her in the most horrible ways. Justin and Amy had always been happy and in love, together constantly ever since they were born. Their mothers often came to visit each other leaving the children to play. They did everythign together, not only soulmates but best friends. Whenever someone hurt the other you better stear clear because they woudl not stand for lettign their best friend be hurt. One time in the 5th grade a boy came up to Amy and just pushed her for no reason, he even laughed at her when she cried. Well wouldn't you know Justin was suspended from school for what he did to that poor boy, perhaps it isn't even mentionable. In the 8th grade Justin's first girlfriend cheated on him, and broke his heart. When Amy found that girl after checking all the closets, she must've slapped that girl so hard the whole school heard because she was asked if she needed an ambulence. Everyone believed Justin and Amy should be together, everyone saw it but them. They had the most love and respect you have ever seen between two people. They woudl literally do anything for each other, and it was certainly a well known fact. They would sneak out to parties together, Go over each other's house if the other couldn't sleep, Meet at secret places only they knew about, went out shopping, even got in trouble in school together for disrupting the class with their comical antics. Justin did leave months at a time occasionally to do shows and auditions and even the MMC, but he wrote and called Amy everyday. They saw each other as much as they could. But when Justin joined the group *N SYNC, things changed for them. Amy realized how little time she would have with him now and all of a sudden nothing else mattered. She knew she had to tell him how she really felt before it was too late, not a doubt in her mind she took him out to their special place, a little tree-house overseeing a beautiful lake and told him she loved him. That night was the first time they had ever kissed each other. But they did, both felt the same way. Months woudl go by and they wouldn't see each other, but Amy wouldn't even look at anyone else. She was souly in love with Justin and she had made up her mind. The very same people who told them they needed to be together and woudl end up married or something were now turning their backs, becoming irritated with the two just wishing they would move on. But in their eyes there was only each other. Come prom night Amy remained dateless, refusing to go with a date, unless it were to be with Justin. Which was known by everyone as impossible being he had an extremely important award show to do. But of course, when that bell rang at quarter of 7 who else woudl be at the door but Justin dressed in a lovely tux with flowers for her. They even were elected prom king and queen! No one coudl surpass the perfect couple and thats how everyone looked at it. When graduation came it was a rather depressign time for Amy. The last year of highschool had been incredibly hard without Justin, they always told each other all the things they were do their last year there. All the trouble they woudl cause. And there she was, without him, he wasn't even graduating yet. Tour life would not permit such a thing. But the most beautiful surprise to her as she walked up to the stage to except her diploma was seeing a full head of curls off in the distance, NO ONE had hair like Justin. When she saw that beautiful smile and those gorgeous eyes she had never been so happy in her life. She nearly lept off the stage to hug him. But she did run. When Amy went off to college they almost lost touch. Their lives had become too busy for each other, he couldn't remain dedicated in a relationship to anyone. Although he loved her more than anything, he broke her heart as she read a news paper article about he and britney spears making it official. And all that time she loved him, she was simply blind. Nothing had hurt her more than that. This wasn't only the person she loved more than anything, this was her best friend, and he lied to her. When she called him, she was thrown off completely by the feminine voice that answered the phone. And that was the last time she woudl ever call him... at least for now... Everytime Justin called he only got hung up on, she didn't want to hear it. She watched interveiws crying abotu how he would always say how much he cared abotu Britney, and never, in all those years did he mention her. After 2 more years of being separated completely Amy received two tickets to an *N SYNC show in her town, front row, backstage passes. No, she didn't want to go she really hated him but she just had this feeling she had to. She brought her best friend Quinn along. |
