Section 1 - Purpose
1.1 The general purpose of the Department of External Affairs shall be to:
1.1.1 Publicize any SGA activities and programs.
1.1.2 To plan and host at least one "Meet Your Senator Day" each
semester.
1.1.3 To perform any other pertinent services not mentioned
herein.
Section 2 - Committees
2.1 The Standing Committees under the Department of External Affairs shall be the SGA Public Relations Committee and the Web Page Management Committee.
2.1.1 The SGA Public Relations Committee shall publicize both
on campus and locally, if necessary, all SGA events and activities.
2.1.2 The Web Page Management Committee shall serve to
upkeep the SGA webpage.
2.1.2.1 Members of this committee shall meet at least once a
month with each Commissioner to organize that Department's
activities and events as befit the webpage.
