Article XII - Executive Office Hours

Section 1.0 � Definition
1.1 Executive office hours are any Student Government Association work completed by a member of the Executive Branch of the SGA or the Speaker of the Senate.
1.2 For an executive office hour to be counted, it must be logged within the week it was completed. A week will be considered the Monday of that week through the Sunday of the next week. These log sheets will be collected weekly by the Internal Affairs Department.

Section 2.0 � President
2.1 The executive office hours of the President must be posted on his door as well as the bulletin board in the office.
2.2 The President of the Student Government Association must complete no less than 12 executive office hours in one week.

Section 3.0 � Vice-President
3.1 The executive office hours of the vice-president must be posted on his door as well as the bulletin board in the office.
3.2 The vice-president of the Student Government Association must complete no less than 10 executive office hours in one week.

Section 4.0 � Treasurer
4.1 The executive office hours of the treasurer must be posted on the bulletin board, and when the Treasurer gets an office, the executive office hours must be posted on his door as well.
4.2 The Treasurer of the Student Government Association must complete no less than 8 executive office hours in one week.

Section 5.0 � Speaker of the Senate
5.1 The executive office hours of the Speaker if the Senate must be posted on the bulletin board.
5.2 The Speaker of the Senate must complete no less that 5 executive office hours in one week.

Section 6.0 � Consequences
6.1 If the above officers do not complete the aforementioned executive office hours, the senate can consider this apathy towards the SGA as grounds for impeachment.
