The Delta Zeta Sorority prides itself on diversity and leadership.  One of our major goals as Greek women is 100% Involvement.  Every member of the Delta Phi chapter is required to actively participate in at least one campus organization other than Delta Zeta and encouraged to seek leadership positions.  We stress the importance of individuality and believe that by each of us being part of a variety of activities, we become more diverse and well-rounded as a sorority.
Here are just a few of the activties we are involved in at NSU:
ATHLETIC and SPIRIT:

Several of our members actively participate in intramural sports.
ACADEMIC:

Honors Program: 2 of our members are part of Honors, Including the program's President, Gentry Henry
President's Leadership Class: 9 of our members are part of PLC.
Other academic organizations some of our girls are recognized in are Delta Mu Delta, Order of Omega, Phi Upsilon Omicron, Rho Theta Sigma, and Kappa Mu Epsilon.
SOCIAL and VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATIONS:

'07-'08 Redman Ambassadors: 11
Rookie Bridge Camp 2007: 14 Volunteers, including 1 Director
Panhellenic: Paula Konz - Secretary
Northeastern Student Government Association:
Gentry Henry - Vice President
Lexi Woods - Student Services Chairman
Religious Organizations: We have over 15 members actively involved in Baptist Collegiate Ministries, Catholic Club,
and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Northeastern Activities Board: Over 20 volunteers, including 4 chairman.
Boosting Alcohol Conciousness Concerning the Health of University Students: Over half of our members are part of BACCHUS and several of the officers for this organization are Delta Zetas.

Other organizations include OIL, American Chemical Society, Accounting Society, Search and Rescue, NESSLHA, Psychology Club, Pre-Professional Health Club, Fish and Wildlife Club, Student Athletic Advisory Committee, Young Democrats, Student Council for Exceptional Children, AISES, and others.
