The New Association of Pool & Spa Professionals

These are exciting times for APSP members. We value your membership and invite you to share your questions and suggestions with us at any time. Since launching APSP in December 2004, here are a few frequently asked questions:

If I was a member of NSPI, am I now an APSP member?
Yes. You automatically became a Charter Member of the APSP. If you are not a member, you can join APSP by visiting the APSP website or by contacting the APSP Member Services Center at (703) 838-0083 ext. 301, or memberservices@theAPSP.org.

What is the biggest difference for members?
The newly structured APSP is focused on four areas which you—our membership—have told us are most important to you: education and certification; promotion of the benefits of industry products; advocacy at federal, state and local levels; and research and business forecasting data.

When will I renew my APSP membership? Will my dues change?
Member renewal packets will be mailed in June 2005 and will include our new fee structure. Dues will be based on your annual revenues.

The NSPI logo is on my website and other print materials. What should I do?
Members can download the new APSP logo (for web and print applications) to use in all promotional materials. Help us get the word out—inform your employees of the new APSP logo. Visit www.theapsp.org for all the details!

How can I get more information about APSP?
Visit the APSP website or call Member Services at (703) 838-0083.
