Manuscript Preparation and Proceedings guidelines

Important: No manuscript will be entertained after the deadline i.e. 30th October, 2004, and will be rejected without formal information. Send in your manuscript before the deadline for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

A conference proceedings covering the full length papers of all the papers (oral/poster and invited) will be provided to every participants at the registration desk during the first day of the conference at the conference venue. In order to accommodate as many papers as possible, limit on number of pages is applied. The details regarding the manuscript submission is as follows:

Contributed papers (oral/poster): 4 full length pages (including figs. and tables)

Invited papers                            : 6 full length pages (including figs. and tables)

 

Please note that the electronic copy of the manuscript in Microsoft word  document or in pdf format may kindly be submitted by 30th October, 2004. If the authors wish to submit the manuscript by post, they are advised to post your manuscript well in advance so as to reach us before the deadline. It will be difficult for us to accommodate the manuscripts received after the deadline into the conference proceedings. Therefore, the deadline has to be taken into consideration. All the manuscripts must accompany the filled copyright form. You need to send the filled copyright form (properly signed) by post.

All the manuscript published in the conference proceeding will be reviewed to meet the highest scientific standards and only those manuscripts who meet the above standards will be published in the special issue of Indian Journal for Pure and Applied Physics.

 

Important: Submission of the manuscript

1. The manuscript must be submitted electronically to the conference email [email protected]. The subject of the email must include the word " manuscript". Our computer system will not recognize any mail whose subject doesnot include the word manuscript.

2. The full length manuscript must be send as an attachment having name as "abstract code - manuscript"

For example : A participant having 156 as the abstract code will name his manuscript as 156-manuscript. If we receive any

email without such a format, it will be automatically sent back to the sender. Please send the copyright form by post. If you don't have the information regarding the abstract code of your abstract, click the link below
