· Financial Report was read and passed around.

· Dawn Wyatt mentioned that at least two people should count the money after events without leaving the school. Just so no one can question where the money is, or amounts.

· Kiss the pig profits & winners announced.

· Ann Loveland ordered the license tags, cost is $466.21 for 500 tags. Expected profit is $533.29 if all tags are sold. Hope to get before Dec 11^th ball game.

Christmas Shop:

· Each item will be sold for $2.

· Bags needed for the items for wrapping.

· Committee consists of Ann Loveland in charge, will appoint helpers.

· Letter will be sent ahead of time to explain it to the parents.

Basket Idea

· Erika Grizzard wanted Ann to mention the auction basket idea.

· Baskets are theme and all the teachers do a basket.

· There is a silent auction

· Debbie Grasty mentioned doing it with a dinner to draw more people in.

· Debbie discussed the report card that just came out. NSE did a great job. Very high marks. Several A’s. Nothing lower than a B.
