Programme: Training for Trainers on Enumerators training.
General objective: To make participants able to conduct Enumerator/ Supervisors training in their respective districts.
Specific Objective:
· To make able participants to teach the enumerators about proper use of tools
· To make able participants to follow guidelines in assessment
·
To make able to conduct or facilitate Enumerators/
Supervisors training.
Brief Summary
A fruitful meeting TOT has taken place at Udayapur where trainers needed for 6 districts have been produced for Enumerator/ Supervisors training. Number of Participants 24.
· On the completion of the meeting following targets were achieved from 5 days long training of trainers (TOT).

· Tools guidelines should be provided to participants.
· Field practice or practical session needed to be sufficient to get skill.
· Facilitators required being self confident on the subject matter and have planned lesson before come to conduct a session.
· Time frame for TOT workshop was not sufficient.
· Management and logistics in the training workshop need to be improved to make it effective.
