				Requirements
				  Grabber

1. I will need to make a program to make one motor turn
 clockwise to turn the grabber

2. I will also need one switch to turn on the motor.

3. The switch when on will turn the motor clockwise.

4. When the switch is off then the motor will turn
 counter-clockwise or continue clockwise in order to reset it

5. I will be useing a timeing loop with trial and error to
make it turn 90 degrees.
