| Concerning to the recent agreements and decisions taken in the Curia Hispanica Ex Officio Propraetoris Hispaniae I. De Provinciale Sympossio. It is established an annual provincial gathering in place and date which will be chosen through public election by all citizens of the province, following the details and procedures specified in the Curiaconsultum de Loco Provinciali Sympossio (Dec. MMDCCCLIV a.u.c) II. De Sympossio anni 2002. According with the results of the last election, the city of Mérida, Col. Augusta Emerita, has been chosen to receive the annual gathering of this year, which will take place the 20th and 21st of July, 2002. III. De festis diebus. According with the Curiaconsultum de Festis Diebus Provincialis (Dec. MMDCCCLIV auc) the following dates are remarked in the provincial calendar as special relevance celebration days for the Hispanic community of Novaroma: April, 21st festivity of Palilia, the anniversary of the foundation of Roma, and July 20th, anniversary of our provincial formal acknowledgement, through the appointment of Marcus Salix Vigilius as our first Propraetor by the Senatus of Novaroma. IV. De Societate Culturale (1). The Curia agrees upon starting the necessary steps to constitute our provincial community as a cultural non profit association and to formally register it under the cover of the Spanish State laws, with the name of Prouincia Hispania Novae Romae. Curiaconsultum de Societate Culturale (Ian. MMDCCLIV auc) V. De Societate Culturale (2). The Curia establishes the calendar, terms and procedures to constitute and register the association in the next months. The Propraetor and the Legatus Externis Rebus shall punctually inform the Senate and the Consules of Novaroma as soon as the Regula Societate is passed by the Curia Hispanica, which is expected to happen before kal. Maiae. Curiaconsultum de Regula Societate Culturale (Mart. MMDCCLIV auc) VI. De Electione Provinciale. It is established the annual calendar for the provincial elections to renew all the provincial offices, which will take place every October following the terms specified in the Curiaconsultum de Electione Provinciale (Mart.
