Who Created The Gods?

Alison Maciver

A simplification of what happened over thousands, possibly millions of years is that God (Jehovah) created Mankind.  As Mankind, or humanity, developed, people began to worship many different gods. Common to most cultures which were dispersed across the surface of the Earth was the worship of deities, both male and female, which related to the planets and luminaries, often called heavenly bodies.  Communities worshipped the cycles of their particular ‘god’, sacrificed other humans as well as animals in the hope that each year they would be spared from catastrophe – that they would survive another year.

Studies of comparative histories of various nations often being found in mythology, including the history of the Hebrew people found in the Old Testament, all show similar cataclysms, at similar time periods. Some studies hypothesize that many of these cataclysms were caused by the closer planets and the Moon changing their path in the heavens, becoming ‘errant’ bodies from a period of time and heralding devastation, death and destruction of whole communities.

The most notably recorded of these were the disasters experienced in Egypt around the period now known as the Exodus. At this time Venus may have been the planet causing such catastrophe. (Velikovsky) Whatever the historical facts are, there seem to have been disasters of momentous consequences which were recorded in accordance with the understanding of the people present.  The people feared a repeat performance, so they worshipped what they feared the most, and so began the early cults.

As the groups of people worshipped; prayed to and asked blessings of these deities by whatever name they were known, their energies went out into the ‘ethers’ where they formed exactly what the people imagined they were worshipping, or deifying. The more people prayed, the larger this creation became. In effect, people ‘created’ their own gods. When they asked their god for a blessing or healing they linked into this energy bank of their own creation and borrowed back some of that energy for the purpose of improving their health – or for the purpose of bringing harm to their enemies, in the case of cursing.

We can even ‘create’ these deities out of human beings who have once lived. We can continue as a group to pray and worship people now called Saints. Then the psychic energy which is sent out from each of us collects together in a mass in the etheric levels or our world. When a person prays to this person, then there is a chance that some of this energy is released from the mass and can be used to improve health of the one being prayed for, or else it can bring what is commonly called luck for a period to the one seeking help.

This use of energy is commonly referred to as psychism. is described as ‘signs and wonders’. Those who say that healing can come from the Devil are referring to this practice, for there has been worship of the dark forces through the names of Satan, Lucifer and the Devil for thousands of years, so there must be stock piles of energy available under this form of energy exchange.

Millions of people have prayed to Jesus Christ over the last two thousand years. Many have observed or imagined Him in quite different ways. Many have worshipped Jesus Christ as a man or as someone who would absolve them of any responsibility for their actions – this is sometimes referred to as ‘Christ, the Crutch’. Some fail to mention God (Jehovah) when they pray to Jesus Christ. Some people even ask for curses on other people in this name. What happens with all this diversity, these many different views of a person which are far removed from the character of Jesus Christ as recorded in the Bible? The energy from those who pray to and send their energy into the ethers of a Jesus who is in no way related to the ‘original’ collects to form a Jesus Christ which is often referred to as the false Christ.

This energy form is being multiplied in this time of so many diverse and disturbed variations of doctrines supposedly based on the Bible but in contradiction to the Biblical message. When people pray to this Jesus, often through their own ignorance of spiritual and psychic law as well as ignorance of the message of God (Jehovah), they link into this energy, receive healing and ‘words of wisdom’, which are often mistaken for spiritual help.

Rather than being spiritual this is psychism’ The energy and help one receives when involved in psychism is not ‘free energy’, for there is a price to be paid later, just like the bill which arrives from Bankcard just as the product has started to give us trouble

.

Unfortunately for those involved in this type of activity the creations of their imaginations can get out of their control and begin to control them, as written by Aleister Crowley of his own experience.

Spiritual help which comes from God (Jehovah) through His Son, Jesus Christ, is free. This is the spiritual healing which comes when people align themselves with the energy force from Our Creator, when we use the correct password, when we follow the ‘Law and Testaments of God Jehovah’ given to us through the Saviour of this world.  A common reference is now to call God ‘The Universe’.

The road to this spiritual help is narrow as we have been told so many times over, and it would be very easy for even the most sincere seekers of perfection to be hoodwinked by another who tells them ‘99 truths but slips in one lie’. Therefore those who set themselves up as teachers of spiritual law need to be clear on where they are leading their students and followers.

(Matthew 5:19) Whosoever, therefore, shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven; but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be great in the kingdom of heaven.

This Jesus said after saying, ‘Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets; I am not come to destroy but to fulfill’.

We are all still subject to those laws, but the interpretations of these have been twisted to suit people’s imagination and understanding. It obviously does matter, from whom or where we seek help. It is much safer to borrow money from an institution with the backing of the law to protect both parties, than go to a money lender with such high interest, that you land up losing everything in the end. With this is mind, remember that Christ said, ‘For what shall it profit man, if he shall gain the world, and lose his own soul?’.
