What are they?:
These discounts are lower priced offers for those with not much np. There are rare items, and non-rare common items. Also I would like these discounts to go to KIDS not the adults of Neopia. That means ppl ages 20 and under. Well i know you arent really a kid when your 20 and stuff but oh well. There will be a link to my trades soon and you can bid what the item description says.
