How did everything begin?

I don't see room for God in the universe! Where was He befor He created it? If (as the big bang theory says) time and space were both created about 13.7 billion years ago, what does it mean to say "befor He created it"? It seems to me that something mus have caused the big bang and that something happened befor the big bang. I found answers to these questiont (that satisfied me) by readyng Flatland by Edwin A Abbot. The idea is that our 3 dimensional space is contained in a space of more thatn 3 dimensions - just as Abbot's Flatland is contained in our space. The high dimension space has it's own time that is different than the time we know.

This all sounds very strange, but it is a fact that the scientists who study space and time have to use more that three dimensions to make their equations work. Perhaps it is true.

The questions you posed are certainly of huge importance. You should not expect to answer them quickly or early.

We decide to believe in the laws of logic, but we can never prove they are true. Any proof would have to use logic, but using the laws of logic to prove logic is true is "circular reasoning"- which violates the rules of logic.

In much the same way we decide to believe in - or not to believe in a "suprime being" or god. There is no way to prove He does or does not exist.

There are people who decided to believe in both logic and in a suprime being. I did. There are people who believe in logic but not in a supreme bing. (They believe in science but what is science but theories
derived from observations by using logic?) There are people who believe in God but don't trust science very much. There are even people who reject logic and god! Many people don't even think about these kinds of things. How sad for them!
